Understanding the Overview Report

The Overview Report gives you a quick, visual snapshot of how your business locations are performing.

Use it to spot trends, benchmark locations, and focus your improvement efforts - fast, across all review platforms within a selected date range.

How to Access

  1. Go to Reports > Overview in your Localyser dashboard.

  2. Select your Date Range and choose one or more Locations using the filters at the top.

Overview Report Sections

1. Average Rating

  • What it shows: Your overall average star rating for the selected range.

  • Additional details:

    • Total number of reviews received

    • Percentage change compared to the previous period

    • Breakdown by review source (e.g., Google, Yelp) on the right

  • What it shows: Total reviews, segmented by sentiment:
