How to Connect Talabat Account to Localyser

To integrate your Talabat account with Localyser and streamline review management, please follow the steps outlined below.​

Prerequisites:

  • Get Talabat Location's Public Page URL

  • Get the Vendor ID form Talabat Partner App: Ensure you have access to the Talabat Partner App account and to all locations you wish to integrate. You will need it to get the Vendor ID for each location you wish to fetch reviews from Talabat.

  • Use the Public Page URL and the Vendor ID in Localyser Location Setting


Step One => Find the Location Public page URL:

  • Go to the Talabat website and look for the desired location

  • Once you open that location page, you can get that URL for that page


Step Two => Get the Vendor ID from the Talabat Partner App

  • Open the Talabat Partner App and log in using your account credentials (You will need a user with permission to access the reviews page)

  • Go to the reviews page Located at the Left Nav Bar - see image

  • Select the Desired Location from the List (Under the Reviews Header)

  • Once you select the Location, copy the Vendor ID from the URL Link at the Top of your Browser - The ID is the Text after the = Sign - see image



Step Three => Use the Public Page URL and the Vendor ID in Localyser Location Setting

Once you have the Public Page URL and the Vendor ID. All you need to do now is insert those values inside each of your locations' settings under the Talabat Integration Line.

  • Add the Public URL first, then click on Add

  • Add the Vendor ID in its correct place and click on add
