Using the Localyser App – Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode allows customers to leave feedback directly from a device in your store (e.g., tablet).

🖥️ Switch to Kiosk Mode

1. Tap your Profile icon.

2. Select Switch to Kiosk Mode and confirm selection.

3. Choose the store location.

4. Tap Apply.

Tap your Profile icon.

Select Switch to Kiosk Mode and confirm selection.

Choose the store location.

Tap Apply.

Customers will now be able to leave their feedback.

🔐 Exiting Kiosk Mode

To exit Kiosk Mode, double-tap the top-left corner of the screen.
This hidden action will take you back to the login screen.

📌 Tip: Use a dedicated device in your store for Kiosk Mode to collect real-time customer feedback.
