# Using the Localyser App – Kiosk Mode

### Using the Localyser App – Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode allows customers to leave feedback directly from a device in your store (e.g., tablet).

 

### 🖥️ Switch to Kiosk Mode

1. Tap your **Profile** icon.
2. Select **Switch to Kiosk Mode** and confirm selection.
3. Choose the store location.
4. Tap **Apply**.

Customers will now be able to leave their feedback.

### 🔐 Exiting Kiosk Mode

To exit Kiosk Mode, double-tap the **top-left corner** of the screen.  
This hidden action will take you back to the login screen.

### 📌 Tip: Use a dedicated device in your store for Kiosk Mode to collect real-time customer feedback.
