Accessing Pre-Set Responses

While the pre-set responses offer a starting point, you can customize them to align with your brand voice and specific business needs.

Edit the templates, adjust the content, and personalize them using replacement keys for a more tailored approach.

Adding New Response Templates

Replacement Keys for Personalization

Use replacement keys like {locationName}, {firstName}, etc., within the response template for automated customization.

Multiple Languages/Brand-Specific Templates
